Aquaponics – Cucumber!

Always heard that cumber is a good crop for aquaponics but never had a chance to try.

Now I have two plants, they are in two different growbeds. We got four cucumbers today and it looks like there are more coming 🙂

Cucumbers from one plant seems to be lighter in color and not in perfect shape (the ones in the middle and bottom). I think this growbed is lacking nutrients. It has many plants but only 12 fish in the tank. I think I should quickly add more fish to this tank. I used to have around 40 fish in this tank earlier many of which I shifted to the new tank I posted about earlier. It is interesting to see the difference in the produce of same type of plants on different growbeds.
